To get the most out of the ending Nordic summer we would like to propose a weekend BBQ for the family.
With the beginning of fall we get a lot of delicious food from the woods like mushrooms, berries and if you’re lucky to have a hunter in the family you might get some great meat to put on the grill.
It’s also a great way to save a little on the higher than usual electricity bills we’re experiencing right now.
The below recipe (in Swedish) pairs great with a sauce from freshly harvested chanterelle and some Mariestad beers.
